Delivery
We have carefully selected transport partners that offer the best service for the various shipping zones. Deliveries should normally take no more than 5 working days after your payment has been received.
Returns
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us using the original packaging so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item arrives damaged or defective. Every order will be dispatched with a Returns Form; simply fill in the form and send the goods back to Kingfisher Healthcare (address as on the Return Form).
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the purchase price in full, together with the normal postage charge.
Refunds
In the rare event that you receive transit damaged or faulty goods we will give you either a complete refund or replacement product.

We will notify you of the shipping date when, for whatever reason, it will take longer than 5 estimated working days to reach you.
